DESCRIPTION :

Charming portrait of a girl by 1790.

Although it is particularly carefully painted, certain elements make us give this beautiful miniature to Jean-Baptiste Le Tellier (son). His touch evolved enormously throughout its career, passing as very marked hatchings in faces in XVIIIth century, to a finest dotted line in the beginning of  XIXth century. But certain characteristics remain, as here in touch, in the way of making eyes, long lashes and a general expression of face.

CONDITION: Perfect original condition.
