VILLERS Maximilien, CIRCA 1789, 7 MINIATURES PORTRAITS FOR RING, FRAMED TOGETHER IN 19th. CENTURY
Rare group of seven miniatures portraits, all painted by Maximilien Villers circa 1789, for rings "marchionesses". The whole was included in 1898 (dated inside the frame) in a set of three velvet frames. Under every portraits, in gilded frames and under glasses, the braided hair of each member of the family. Over hair, a small label painted in gold on blue bottom, indicating the first names of each one.
