DESCRIPTION :

Very rare miniature portrait of the end of the 16th century, showing Henri IV, king of France and Navarre.

He is represented in armor, carrying over the shoulder the  white scarf of the Huguenots. We can distinguish on his armor, raised by gold, the H crowned surrounded with fleur-de-lis.


CONDITION: Very good original condition. Cleaned by Dr. Bernd Pappe.
